Yeast rising

A lot of kneading (I remember Grandma just mauling the dough for what seemed like forever- Mom does it the same way) and time for rising

Ready to bake

I was going to make Cioppino again this year for Christmas eve, but my sister talked me out of it... I guess her inlaws who will be there tonight might not have liked such a thing...
